The use of services provided by E-bookingdom establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using these services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

General

If you do not want to accept all terms of service for the E-bookingdom website then please do not register or accept this agreement. Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.

Service

E-bookingdom can be used for promotional purposes for your electronic book. We only provide our publishing and marking services to our clients after their payment is received. All other uploads or inquiries will be ignored.

Payment

You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via Issuing Bank or PayPal. The payment is acceptable in EUR or USD from credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc., as well as PayPal. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.

Registration

You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 18 years of age.

Copyright

You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the E-bookingdom website without the written consent of a E-bookingdom representative.

Disclaimer

E-bookingdom will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. E-bookingdom makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since E-bookingdom uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website.

Change of Terms

This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by E-bookingdom is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

Refund policy

In case if you are not happy with our services or have any concerns then use our contact form. Our expert support team will be happy to resolve your concerns ASAP. If you are still not satisfied with our support, then you may apply for refund. In the following cases you may apply for refund:

  • if you bought services for the same URL by mistake;
  • if you change your decision to cancel your order before the service starts.

In the next cases we can to reject the refund requests:

  • if we miss the deadline for the order due to client’s delay/failure in providing necessary content and information on time;
  • if client asks for refund in the middle of the work of the service or after it’s done;
  • if client asks for refund after receiving contents and reports of the services/work done;
  • if a client asks for refund because they expect some features that are not promised on service packages on our official website.

Note: we make sure that you get all the features that are given in service packages. No matter what package you have chosen, we ensure that we keep up with the order and send you detailed report about it.

Customized Services/work are non-refundable.

If we find a payment dispute or chargeback from a bank or credit card company your service/work will be blocked and or removed without any notice.

If a dispute is created after delivery of service, we retain the right remove all services rendered and/or to turn your debt over to a collection agency.

Refund or cancellations are not applicable for those works/services that are offered with special discounts or on special occasions.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to deliver your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

The client agrees that he or she will not expose information obtained from our company, as we own all information presented on this website.
